I had several issues in the past and Josh fixed them right away and this year I called Josh again for another issue and he knew right away what the issue was. Gave me a price and fix the issue right away. Their work is quick and clean. He is truly a great man of his work. I always refer Josh to my neighbors and friends because he is reliable and knows what he does. And his work is fabulous!!

After 3 consultations, 2 rods getting stuck in my catch basin, and waiting 2 1/2 weeks for a plumber to start my project, I was referred to JOSH-ROOTER. I called him Friday afternoon, he was at my building Saturday morning at 8am, started and finished the job the same day. Very professional, courteous and informative. Communicated step by step and was reasonably priced. He had to cut into 2 floors, dig down 3ft x 6ft long, rod my line to catch basin (clearing heavy grease and sand from corroded galvanized pipes), replaced with 4in PVC pipe, backfill with gravel and dirt/sand, and then pour concrete (which was very neat and cleanly done). I'm extremely pleased and will be not only using him again in the future, but also highly recommending him to other. Thanks Again Josh!!

Came over on a holiday and helped rod out the clog in my sewer that was having terrible backflow issues. Then he noticed something wasn’t proper & did more investigating with the tools in his arsenal including a HD camera and found out that somewhere outside my house was a crumbled piece of clay that got destroyed by time and tree roots.

Offered me a quote to fix the problem and got to work the very next day. His team provided very professional service, got the job done in about 8-10 hours. Payment was easy to conduct.

I would definitely recommend Josh especially if you reside in the Skokie area. 11 out of 10. Superb.

Our basement floor drain was backing up with water when we ran the washing machine, so we figured the sewer line needed cleaning out. Josh Rooter came the next day and assessed the problems and fixed them. Roots in the pipes had killed our sump pump, so Josh and Charles cleaned out the opening and installed a new one. They also rodded out the sewer line from the house to the street, getting lots of roots. Josh is very knowledgeable and explains everything clearly. He and Charles did an excellent job in a timely manner. No pressure to upsell, which we appreciated. It wasn’t cheap, but I’ve had this done by other companies, and his price was in the normal range and the equipment and work have warranties. Very professional and timely work.

Josh is prompt in his communication and he and his team are thorough, precise, and efficient with their work. This is the first time we’ve had a plumber maintain consistent communication, hold to the schedule they set, and do a great job! We were at home while they worked on our sump pump set up, and noticed how Josh and his team did their work with amazing focus, attention to detail, careful planning, and precise action. We’re so thankful to have found them and will definitely call them if we need any plumbing/sewer work!

Josh is amazing. I dropped my ring down the tub when giving my children a bath, this day It had been torrential rain. Lots of flooding in the neighborhood and surrounding areas. I called Josh and he told me he would be there within 10 minutes. He arrived promptly and got straight to work. Josh is an honest and knowledgeable, tradesmen, ,fantastic “Neighbor” and I will absolutely have him back for plumbing work.
